Extended Festive Break
Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone that has supported us across the first full year of Universal Language. It’s been an amazing period and we’ve absolutely loved seeing our products worn in all corners of the world.
With that in mind, it has been a busy and intense festive period for the team, with plenty of Christmas orders going out to hopefully delighted Hearts, Hibs and Scotland fans. Our team will be taking an extended Festive break, with shipping beginning again from the 19th of January.
All returns/exchanges will also be processed from this date. Our inbox will be monitored ad-hoc throughout this time, and so response time may be slower than normal.
Christmas Extended Returns
To make festive gifting stress-free, we’ve extended our returns window for the holiday season.
Any order placed between Monday 17th November and Thursday 25th December can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January.
Whether you’re shopping early, buying for someone tricky to size, or just want peace of mind, we’ve got you covered all the way into the new year.

Shipping
Please note all Universal Language products are made to order, and so production may take 3-5 days from confirmation.
Once your order has been produced, you'll receive a shipping email notification with your tracking information. To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, some items may be shipped separately. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 business days.
UK Orders
£2.99: Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service (2-4 days from despatch)
Free Shipping on all orders of £55 and above.
International Orders
International Shipping is available - please enter your shipping address at checkout for rates.
Returns
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. All items must be returned unworn and with the original tags still attached.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service, to ensure peace of mind and insurance.
