Quality, Materials & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
The majority of our products have a size guide link within the product page, which contain measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your currently owned items and compare for best fit.
If you're still unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
How should I wash my item?
All of our items are made with premium materials, and you can find our care guide here.
Are your materials sustainable?
All Universal Language products use a variety of Organic clothing manufactured by the Oeko-Tex, GOTS, and PETA certified manufacturers Stanley/Stella. All items are vegan friendly.
Organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilisers. These certifications confirm that the garments have undergone laboratory testing for a wide range of harmful substances, are responsibly manufactured, and also vegan.
Ordering
Can I add an item after confirming my order?
Unfortunately we can't add anything to live orders. Get in touch ASAP and if your order isn't already in production, we may be able to cancel it allowing you to make a new one.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds sometimes too!
If you'd like to cancel your order then please get in touch as soon as possible so our team can try stop the order before it reaches our printer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards (inc. American Express), Paypal, Apple & Google Pay and Shop.
There's something wrong with my order, what do I do?
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How are orders shipped?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received it. Your order is then picked and fulfilled, after which you will receive another email with notification of your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
All orders are despatched within 5 business days.

Do you ship overseas?
International shipping is available to some zones. Please enter your shipping address at checkout for availability and pricing.
If you are looking to purchase a Universal Language product from outside our current shipping zones, do get in touch and we'll try our best to accommodate.
